Every month that TCW does not have a Weekend Workshop, we put on our Team Training webinars.  These trainings are for Doctors and their staff, and cover a wide range of topics.  Some of those topics include: team work, setting office goals, and learning how to implement an in house marketing event.  Webinars take place the 1st Thursday of the months that we do not have a Weekend Workshop (see our detailed schedule on www.tcwconsult.com, under Schedule for 2012).  This webinar is also recorded and stream-able and download-able links are sent out via email - so you can participate in the webinar at a time that is more convenient for you.
